					<description>Great post on appraisals vs. sales price - it laid things out nicely for me - I'm one of those people that didn't QUITE get the difference b/t the two.  But it would look as though buyers can use a lender and appraisal to low ball the the seller - I guess that would only work if the seller is really desperate to sell.

Of course if the seller holds strong, the buyer won't get full financing on the home - okay, I get it!  Thanks for the info, great post!</description>
